2. Appointment Booking and Confirmation
All appointments must be booked in advance. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies:

• Deposits are required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final service cost.

• Booking at your own risk: Clients are responsible for ensuring they keep their appointments.

3. Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

• If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

• The deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.

4. Late Arrivals
We value your time and ours. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late or more, a late fee will be applied. If you're over 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. Please contact us in advance if you are running late to avoid any inconvenience.

5. No Kids Allowed
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we do not allow children in the treatment area. Please make prior arrangements for childcare.

6. Service Disclaimer
Aqua Clinique Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibits inappropriate behavior. We also reserve the right to modify or cancel services if deemed necessary.

7. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. All client information is kept confidential and only used for internal purposes such as appointment reminders, promotional offers, or updates.

9. Liability Waiver
By booking and receiving services at Aqua Clinique Beauty, you acknowledge that you are using our services at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, allergies, or conditions that may arise as a result of the treatments. Please inform us of any health issues or allergies before your appointment.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
